“I have been looking for another location off Cincinnati-Dayton Road and couldn’t find anything I could afford. Property out here has skyrocketed,” Esposito said.
On most days, the eight bays are full and with 40 cars in the lot waiting for service. At his sons’ urging Esposito continued to find a way not to turn away customers.

“We are just a busy, busy, busy shop.”
About six months ago, Esposito learned the former Mike’s International Garage building at 2512 Atco Avenue would soon be available. In October, the purchase was complete.
“It was a train wreck inside,” he said. “For the last three months I have done nothing but renovation on the building, inside and out. Gutted the place. All new show equipment, all new lights, waiting area, everything.”
The new location, Integrity Automotive North, is scheduled to have a grand opening on Feb. 2. The original business will be Integrity Automotive South.
Esposito, a 1978 Fenwick High School grad, said son Mitch will be managing the new location and Nick the original shop.
That sets up his planned retirement but not too soon.
“The end of 2026 I plan to retire. Both sons and the shops will be fully established and ready to go,” he said.
